Everything for your holiday in the Mondseeland is ready – this is how to reach the Hotel Krone: whether you are travelling by car, train and bus or by plane, getting to Mondsee is easy with any method of transport.
Coming from Vienna/Linz, take the A1 motorway exit to Mondsee and turn towards St. Gilgen/Wolfgangsee. Follow the road and continue straight at the roundabout (Billa). After approx. 500 metres, turn left onto Rainerstraße. This street will bring you directly to the town centre to the Hotel Krone at Rainerstraße 1.

Coming from Salzburg, exit the A1 to Mondsee. After the motorway merges into Mondseestraße, go straight at the next roundabout (Billa). After approx. 500 metres, turn left onto Rainerstraße. This street leads directly to the town centre to the Hotel Krone at Rainerstraße 1.
Take the train to Salzburg main train station. From there, a bus connection takes you to the Mondseeland. The Postbus 140 runs to Mondsee every hour (journey time approx. 50 minutes).
It takes approx. 25 minutes to reach Mondsee from Salzburg Airport via the A1.
Your Hotel Krone in Mondsee has been managed by the Hütter family for a long time and is located directly in the center near the market square and the lake promenade.
