Daily from 7.00 to 10.00 am. If you would like to have breakfast at an earlier hour, please notify the reception.

Bicycles

For your bicycle, our bicycle garage is at your disposal. This is also equipped with charging stations for e-bikes. If you would like to borrow a bicycle, we will be happy to help you at the reception.

Departure

We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish a later departure, please contact the reception.

Directions

Westautobahn A1 , exit Mondsee. Follow the Rainerstraße. At the end of the street you will find the hotel on the right side. Please turn right at the intersection. The hotel parking lot and the hotel entrance are on your right.

Doctor

If you need a doctor, please contact the reception.

On the 1st floor there is a beverage vending machine at your disposal.

All areas of the hotel are equipped with fire detectors. The handling of open fire as well as the preparation of water dishes is prohibited in the entire hotel area.

Are located in every corridor. The exact locations are noted on the map of your room door.

Fitness room

The fitness room on the 1st floor is open for you from 8:00 to 21:00. We will be happy to explain the equipment to you. Please use the fitness room only with indoor sports shoes. No liability will be assumed for accidents.

Hotel entrance

The entrance door is closed from 22.00 o'clock to 7.00 o'clock. With your key card you can enter the hotel at any time.

Even in normal times we attach great importance to the highest level of hygiene. In the current situation, our cleaning staff is implementing even higher

Your key-card opens your room door as well as the hotel entrance around the clock. Please do not forget to hand in your card at the reception when you Check-Out at the reception desk.

If you need help with your luggage on your arrival or departure, we will be happy to assist you.

Our hotel has a parking lot directly at the hotel and a parking lot 100m away from our hotel (August-Strindbergstraße). The entrance is possible with your key-card.

We are happy to accept ATM cards as well as all major credit cards (with the exception of AMEXCO).

Room bills

You can settle your room bill at any time or pay a deposit. Extras will be added to your room bill and can be paid at the front desk the night before your departure. Please check and sign your consumption receipts.

Our cleaning staff is in the house daily from 07.00-14.00. Do you want to be undisturbed or do you need room cleaning? Please use the door hangers for "Do not disturb" or "Clean room".

Our hotel has its own restaurant.

Opening hours: Wednesday to Saturday: 11:30-14:30 & 17:30-21:00 Sunday: 11:30 to 20:00

Monday & Tuesday the restaurant is closed.
